When we last checked in swim and dive season were ending and it was hotter than, um, you know, Arizona in the summer.
The dive championships left Eli with the honor of being 5th for his age group of all the master divers in Mesa. WooHoo!!
With all that daily swimming out of the way, Ivy was finally able to do something nice with her hair.
Just kidding. Karla was kind enough to give Ivy this wig. And boy are we glad. For a few days Ivy wanted to wear it everywhere, but because I'm not as kind as Karla, I drew the line at wearing it to church. But if any of you want to take Ivy and her wig to church they would love to join you.
At the end of July Sylvan, Ivy and I got to see Wicked with the Thomas'. It was our first time seeing it and we had a great time.
The last couple of months have been busy. We finally finished moving out of our old house last weekend and now we are trying to finish the work on our new one and get settled in. School has started and we are hoping to get into a routine. With any luck that means more regular posting here.
