I feel silly writing a doggy obituary, but just to keep everyone in the loop I thought I should tell you we lost Roxanne last weekend.--Not in the way my Granny kept losing Bob (her second husband) all those times. Anyone who has seen her lately knows she hasn't looked good for a while, the sagging, the balding, the stinking. The photo at the top was taken on a good day. We'll miss her, she was a great dog. Please don't send flowers.

Oh Sue Ann- Loving this dog showed me who you really are inside. Never have I seen such love for such a UNIQUE looking dog. I really am sorry. I am pretty sure Ivy wants a new puppy and since you have so much love to give.....I have one for you.
Shari, your generousity is touching, unfortunately Jamie Dick beat you to it. We are now housing Ethan's German Shepard for a two week "trial". I think I'm the only one who is looking at it as a trial, the rest of the family is hooked. Though, Ivy did have a major "I miss Roxanne" meltdown a couple of days ago.
We are so sad about Roxanne! Now who is going to cover me in blonde dog hair when I come over?
Seriously though, we know what an important part of the family she was and she will be missed.
