Being the best aunt is the world is hard work, but I do my best. I thought it would be nice to have some refreshments while we waited in line, and what is more refreshing than a nice whistle pop? You know, I think Disneyland really is magic, because as soon as all nine kids....
...and their Uncle Todd, started blowing into those things, whistling a happy tune, it was like the crowds parted and we moved quickly to the head of the line just like that.
Bailey and Cooper were SO excited to be at Disneyland.
It was like they had been waiting their entire lives for these moments and they weren't about to miss even one detail.
By mid afternoon Ivy was in bad shape, she was pretty sure she couldn't go on much longer. Not even the promise of a 6th churro could bring her back to life--until.......
..Uncle Jon agreed to ride another spinny singy ride with her and Ella. Turns out that was just the boost she needed to make it a few more hours. Thanks Uncle Jon!!
Here's Edge, humoring me.
Brandon and Eli, keeping their promise not to get wet.
And as we wrapped up our first day we saw a sight rarely captured on film.
Gasp!! Nate spending money.
And he wasn't even buying savings bonds.
