Here’s the news from our universe. Enjoy.
First and foremost we have joined the Skype Revolution. So if you live far away, and you too Skype, send us your info so we can catch up. If you live really far away and haven’t been able to go out to lunch with me for 6 months because you have been snowshoeing across the Swiss countryside you should plan on a long chat. Block out some time. If you live across town, do not Skype me, I will not wear a headset to talk to you (Scott), forget it. Although Ivy might, as you can see, she’s loving the headset.
Moving along.... I asked everyone what they had been up to lately (that they would like to have shared in public) and here’s what they said-
Ivy- Because she has the best mom in the world, oh, and a good friend-Thanks Mia!-she was able to go (ON A SCHOOL NIGHT) to see High School Musical 3 on ice. (Sorry, there are no pictures of that, but I’m sure, in your mind you can imagine Troy and Gabriella in love, skating and singing, and sparkling. I heard there were pyrotechnics too.) It was one of her best nights ever.
Eli-Soon be a millionaire, Eli has started a dog walking business. His rates are very reasonable and he is very cute. A combination not often found in good dog walkers.
Nate-This weekend Nate and his friend Jake (that’s not Jake in the picture) rode this tandem bike about “30 or 60 miles” (I think it was more like 15) and it was a lot of fun, but they needed better seats. I have been hearing non-stop about how sore they are. Skype him, he’ll tell you all about it.
Wesley-Wesley refused to give me any information or allow me to photograph him. He would like his life to remain private. I can tell you a couple of things though. He does NOT have a girlfriend. And he doesn’t understand why we think it’s so hilarious to bug him about stuff like that. Also, he is on to us, he knows we like all of his siblings more than we like him. He has been gathering evidence of his unethical treatment and he knows we hate him. We must hate him, why else would we treat him this way……………………………oops, I got a little carried away. But you get the idea, so if you are one of the millions who have been helping us make Wesley’s life miserable, thank you, but the jig is up, it was fun while it lasted.
Edge-Is still enjoying the life of a rock star. He and his band will be performing in the Mountain View talent show this year. I will have more info, as well as autographed memorabilia for those who are interested, very soon.
Sylvan-Has just been called to be the ward Cub Master. Please send all of your cheer ideas to letsgivesylvanaroundofapplause.com. If you are lucky enough to see him at Round Table be sure to say hi. If you are lucky enough to not know what Round Table is, you should buy a lottery ticket, because you are really lucky.
That’s about it. I really don’t do anything except work and try to keep up with the laundry, which is only work if Wesley has to do it.
*I just want to make a quick plea to the Utah Lunts, for crying out loud, start a blog already. We want to see your kids, and you too, if you are so inclined, and hear all about your super-duper fun lives. I promise it’s not hard, if I can do it, anyone can.
